7:30 pm Pick you up at your hotel, then transfer to Hanoi Railway station to catch the overnight train soft sleeper with AC to Lao Cai station. Overnight on the train.

Day 1 (Saturday): Lao Cai - Can Cau market - Bac Ha flower H'mong village (B/L/D)
The train arrives in Lao Cai at 05: 30 am. Picked up at Laocai Train Station to transfer to CanCau market. It takes more than 2 hours to get to Can Cau market - a small market situated in a valley surrounded by mountains and only 7 km from China. The market deeply shows the typical cultural features of the minorities in remote mountainous areas in Vietnam. Further more, you can enjoy seeing boys and girls in colourful costumes - different colours of the mountains. They attend the market in the hope of finding "the other halves of their lives" and this is also the time for them to chat, to exchange everything among different ethnic peoples through cups of wine sold in the market. Say goodbye to the market and transfer to Bac Ha. Have lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, check in hotel in Bac Ha town, Afternoon, spend time visiting a village of the Flower H'mong villages in Bac Ha. Have dinner and overnight in Bac Ha town.

Day 2 (Sunday): Bac Ha market - Sapa (B/L/D)
Have breakfast. Visit one village and an old building called The H'mong king's house. Have breakfast and start a day with a visit to big market filled with many different hill-tribe peoples. This is the most colourful market in North Vietnam. At the market, you have chance to enjoy BacHa people's simple but unique kinds of food with special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches... talking to the minorities through the guide's interpretation. Leave the market for the H'mong King's house (King Hoang A Tuong) built by the French colonists and the Chinese in 1920. Return the town for lunch. In the afternoon, spend time visiting another village (BanPho village). Say good bye to BacHa and get back to Sapa. On the way back, stop off to see the Vietnamese and Chinese Harbor Mouth in LaoCai. Reach Sapa late in the afternoon. Check in hotel in Sapa.

Day 3 (Monday): Sapa Trekking & Homestay ( B/L/D )
Have breakfast, start trekking down Muong Hoa valley where can admire magnificent landscape. Here you will discover the wonderful scenery of Hoang Lien mountain ranges and meet Black H'mong tribes. Trek through terraced rice paddies and minority villages along the Muong Hoa River, have lunch box en-route. After lunch, cross the suspension bridge towards the Zay village, arriving at Ta Van, where we have dinner cooked on a wood fire enjoying the company and hospitality of our Zay family and homestay overnight.

Day 4 (Tuesday): Trekking more villages - Sapa ( B/L/- )
Have breakfast, Enjoy mountainous landscape with your sunrise coffee, then enjoy a delicious breakfast ready to trek through bamboo forests towards Giang Ta Chai waterfall, cross over a rattan suspension bridge and enter into Giang Ta Chai village which is inhabited by the Red Zao minorities. Here we will experience their daily life then cross over the Muong Hoa River up the mountain to visit Supan village of the H'mong people. In the afternoon, return to Sapa getting free at leisure and late transfer you back to Lao Cai station to take night train back to Hanoi. Dinner by your own. Overnight on the train.

Day 5 (Wednesday): Hanoi arrive ( -/-/- )
Train arrive Hanoi 5:30 morning, transfer back hotel finish trip.
